The main office is towards the centre of the map. It's marked just above the visitor's car park. If you travel to work by bike, you can keep it in the bike storage area. To get there, entering the site from Forest Lane, turn right towards the staff car park. It's at the north end of the car park amongst the trees.
One of the most important areas on the site is the training kitchen. It's a short walk from the main office going north. You go straight on, past the pond, keeping the guest house to your left and it's the first building on your right.
We have an amazing fruit garden. It's just to the north-east of the main office. It's the oval shape you can see marked between the pond and the staff car park. It's full of beautiful plants and a great place to sit out in the summer.
We have our very own bakery where we run our bread-making courses. It's next to the river and has its own entrance. So, travelling west, instead of turning into the main entrance, you continue along Forest Lane, over the river and the bakery's on the left, on the south side of Forest Lane.
We also have a gift shop on site. It's just below the guest house on the other side of the path to the main office.
There's also our vegetable garden, if you want to take a look. All the food grown there is used in the main restaurant and cookery school. You'll find it up on the northernmost part of the site, next to the river. But we do plan to move it to the western side of the river, possibly next year.
